io.net successfully launches BC8.AI platform

On December 21, io.net, an AI innovation company, announced the successful launch of the BC8.AI platform

In the weeks since its inception, the platform has executed over 10,000 inferences and facilitated 50,000 on-chain transactions, showcasing its strong performance and broad user participation.

BC8.AI demonstrates the comprehensive capabilities of io.net’s advanced AI computing platform, from data aggregation to model deployment and inference, io.net powers BC8.AI’s model end-to-end.

The BC8.AI enables users to generate photorealistic images with ease. Users can create pictures based on prompts, upload their own, and specify negative prompts to avoid, all while having the option to view a detailed demo on YouTube.

This AI provides complimentary image generation services to its expanding user community. Ongoing initiatives are diversifying the platform by introducing specialized models for various purposes, including fine-tuned models, game assets, and 3-D models, and hosting an extensive collection on BC8.AI.

Expansion creates opportunities for model owners to generate income through the platform. For instance, engineers will be able to exhibit their AI models in io.net’s upcoming model marketplace, earning royalty fees when other applications utilize their models.

BC8.AI’s integration with serverless inference on io.net allows ML engineers to deploy clusters effortlessly. The “Proof of Compute” button within BC8.AI offers comprehensive details for each inference, encompassing specifics such as the utilized model, the allocated royalty fee for the model owner, network fees, and the app inference price. All these transactions are executed on-chain through the Solana (SOL) blockchain.

Engineers can select from various options, including cluster type, GPU type, and purpose, enabling them to initiate their operations within seconds.

Through establishing an efficient GPU network, io.net aims to catalyze a surge in AI innovation and empower startups whose technology is poised to shape the future.
